Attached is a site plan for the trees that would remain. As you can see most of the trees that will be saved are on the side of Cape Shore Circle. This was done on purpose. I'm
making color copies so if you tell me to drop some copies off somewhere I can make sure you have a set. Please notice that all commercial activity on this site stops before we reach
Cape Shore property and just the retention area extends further back. I can give you a copy of the lighting plan that shows there will be no spill over lighting that will affect your
area. Per our earlier discussion you can see the road (ingress/egress ) that we added to the Cumberland Farm site which will handle the remaining property traffic (not under contract)
with additional access from Holman, thus not burdening traffic on Cape Shore Drive. This was your number one concern in the past.
Also attached are two rendering of the actual building.
Please let me know when we can meet and how we can address any and all concerns.
No matter what this property is going to be develop in the future as a commercial property (front Cumberland Farm 1.4 acres). Please beware that this commercial land area actually extends
further back (58') then what I put under contract at this time. These developers and myself are more than willing to try to resolve our differences so all parties come out win/win.
Cumberland Farm developers have added a wall, where their commercial touches your residential property.
Looking for a time and comments so we can see if there is common ground somewhere. Thanks
