I thought the request was for a site plan specific to this site which would not be completed until we had a signed LOI. I have attached some site plans from other sites that we are working
on or are under construction at this time along with some pictures of stores that were recently completed up North. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Derek: Before we can respond LOI, I need to see what you intend to build on that site! Surely your client has some generic site plans that they are willing to submit to us the seller.
The reason why we want to see this is we have addition acreage that we are developing continuous to the 1.4 acres that you are interested in. We need to do some simple layouts to see
what we want to do is compatible with what you want to do. We are looking at
ingress/egress issues, and other issues that are germane to us. We do not
want to waste your time or ours. I have asked David for this information last week, if you send it we will respond timely after we review it and do some simple layouts we will be happy
to comment on your LOI. Thanks. Bob
