In the event you don't have an audio recording of the meeting or notes.
Are there any emails between a city department head summarizing the
meeting between the city and Cumberland
'Farms? Or any email between this city and Cumberland Farms outlining
the concerns of our citizens towards
this project?
As per the following note in your email, this type of communications
falls within the Florida Sunshine Law.
Florida has a very broad public records law. As a result, any written
communication created or received by the City of Cape Canaveral
officials and employees will be made available to the public and/or
media upon request, unless otherwise exempt.

Good morning, Susan.
It came to my attention there was a meeting between representatives of
the
city and Cumberland Farms last week,
I hereby request details be made available regarding this meeting. Is
there a
audio recording of this meeting? or a transcript? I'd like to know the
parties to
this meeting please.
