HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Application for Site Plan Conditional Use for Cumberland Gas Station (2)For clarification purposes, the City has received a Specimen Tree
Removal Permit application for trees found on the Cumberland Farms site,
however, it has not been issued and is currently not being processed.
Specimen trees are defined as those that are a minimum of 24 inches in
diameter.
The recent mowing activity that occurred on the property did not trigger
the need for a Tree Removal Permit or a Land Clearing Permit. It was
characterized as routine maintenance/mowing and inspections by City
staff confirmed such.

Hi Kim. Yes, applications for the Special Exception and Tree Removal
Permit have been submitted. However, we are currently not processing
either of them as the property owner is working with the Condo
Association to reach some common ground. Also, there have been no
public hearings scheduled related to this project.
By way of this email, I am going to ask Duree to send you a copy of the
Tree Removal Permit.
Let me know if you have any further questions. Dave

David and Todd,
Have these applications been submitted to the City yet?
Are any public hearings scheduled?
Was the tree removal permit every approved by the City? If so, when,
and can you send me a copy?
Thank you,
Kim Rezanka
