HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE Application for Site Plan Conditional Use for Cumberland Gas StationHi Kim. Yes, applications for the Special Exception and Tree Removal Permit have been submitted. However, we are currently not processing either of them as the property owner is working with the Condo Association to reach some common ground. Also, there have been no public hearings scheduled related to this project. By way of this email, I am going to ask Duree to send you a copy of the Tree Removal Permit. Let me know if you have any further questions.
