Minutes for meeting of May were approved as corrected.
Resignation of Board Femher
w1o.Hon-o' -announced t hn Butler has submitted his
resignation to the Hanson stated there are three
applicants at present ond two more who have shown interest.
Ma. Hanson suggested to the board to postpone recommending
new member until everyone has opportunity to apply. Vir.
- Mere made a motion to recommend a new member at this meeting.
Motion died for lack- of second. Item to be agended for next
meeting.

8mIl Pork lights have been installed per request of
Little League.
Complex signs are being made at present by Keller Signs
of Cocoa. '
Bill has been presented to Port Canaveral Trailer pork
for purchase of broken slide and swing sat.
Polk field has not been purchased-4 -as of this date.
Spoke to N.Y.C. representative, Ron Taylor.

Piccalo submitted proposed Budget for discussion.
The following motions and changes mere made:
Hanson suggested that insurance account be changed f�—�m
S300 to S400.
Hanson suggeota� a new account be established to cover
Equipment Repair.

Motor Fuel and lubricants was changed from el,250 to
read 535-0~
Mr. Mare made a motion to eliminate the Summer Programs.
Motinn died for lack of second.
Mo. Nicholas n�ade a motion to out �880 from fencing that
mould leave $880 for Bock Stop overhang on Senior Field only.
Mr. Mare seconded the motion. Vote was unanimous.
Hanson suggested adding Senior Ball park Soorebox to
Improvements aonount.5300 was added to cover cost.
Mr. Rare made a motion to approve budget per changes.
Dr. gVmtsa seconded the motion. paaaod Unanimously.
Item 2. Approval. of Recreation Complex Budget.
Postponed until next meeting.
New Business:
—Item 1- Ball Pork to remain open throuqn summer.
Me. Hansonn--suggasted that theor E��lI-ark -remain open
through the summer. All more in agrgeanoe. Me. Riggs suggested
that Iooko should remain on the lights to eliminate evening
play per Utilities Account.
Item 2. Racquetba%l Lessons
p;ocaIo presented package for racquetball lessons proposed
by IoceI Racquetball instructor Mika F-Ilo'er. Mo. Riggm mode
a motion not to accept the package due to thn of facilities
and the aIready mbundance off p�rtioipzints. Mla. Nicholas
seconded the motion. r1lotion passed unanimously.
Item 3. Life Guards
It'srn was postponed until more information is received from
Council.
Item 4. Softball |nso lI
Mr. MartelInroquoated assistance in formuIoting Fall Men'o
Softball League in'JependentIy of Cocoa Beach or combined with
Cocoa Beach. Martelln and piccolo will meet privately to
discuss options open.
