Subject: Cumberland Farms Gas Station
Dear Mr. Greene,
I just wanted to express my opposition to another gas station along A1A.
I know the city may be limited in what it can do, but I would hope we could attract more than just gas stations and fast food restaurants to the city. It's such a beautiful piece of
property with huge trees. Also, how will traffic be with the entrances to a gas station, Sun Seed and a new Dollar General all within a few feet of each other. A1A really needs updated
with medians to limit the criss crossing traffic everywhere. (State issue needs pushed forward by CC & CCB) Just wanted to let the city know I do welcome development and continued improvement
throughout the city, but hate to see too many gas stations as the next blight will be vacant mom and pop stations along the road;) Regards, Steven Hardiek Florida has a very broad public
