If they happen to encounter something out of their realm, though hard to imagine, they can point you in the right direction. Mr. Osbourne's intentions may or may not be in the best interests of the City & it’s very finite supply of cultural resources. Either way, his professional status in the field of archaeology is undocumented and the accuracy of his 'published' history works are questionable at best. The gentleman that contacted me with concerns about Mr. Osbourne’s intentions to "excavate" the site at 260 Cape Shores Circle is Mr. Kevin Gidusko. He is one of the coordinators for the East Central region of FPAN, Ms. Sarah Miller is the regional director. Let them know the situation and that I directed you to them.
