CHAPTER 78, ARTICLE IV, RECLAIMED WATER, BY AMENDING SECTION 78 -177, CONNECTION
TO THE SYSTEM, OF THE CODE OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR A REVISED
DEFINITION OF "AVAILABLE" FOR CONNECTION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING
FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
