The total amount due is ten thousand dollars ($10,000) and shall be paid within 30 days (January 16, 2014) or the lien amount will revert back to the full amount. The hearing will be held at the City of Cape Canaveral Library, 201 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. This is the same location that the Code Enforcement Board heard your request.
