The check must be post marked no later than January 24, 2014. As you know the original payment deadline date was January 16, 2014. I called Danielle Sanders at 919-257-5660, a representative for Seterius, who contacted me yesterday requesting additional time to process the payment, to inform her of the onetime extension. I left her a voice mail regarding the granted additional five (5) business days to pay the reduced amount of $10,000.00. If the payment is not received or postmarked by January 24, 2014, the lien will revert back to the original amount of $40,750.00 dollars. Please forward this information to her as I was unable to obtain an email address for her. Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
