Subject: 201 International Drive Unit 214 Lien Reduction
Dear May,
I have just been informed that the City will provide your client (Fanny May) and additional five (5) business days to issue
a certified check in the amount of $10,000.00, as payment in full for the lien filed by the City of Cape Canaveral against
the property known as 201 International Drive, Unit 214. The check must be post marked no later than January 24, 2014.
As you know the original payment deadline date was January 16, 2014.
I called Danielle Sanders at 919-257-5660, a representative for Seterius, who contacted me yesterday requesting
additional time to process the payment, to inform her of the onetime extension. I left her a voice mail regarding the
granted additional five (5) business days to pay the reduced amount of $10,000.00. If the payment is not received or
postmarked by January 24, 2014, the lien will revert back to the original amount of $40,750.00 dollars.
Please forward this information to her as I was unable to obtain an email address for her.
Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
