The City Council granted the request for the reduction of the outstanding lien on 201 International Drive, Unit 214. The
total amount due is ten thousand dollars ($10,000) and shall be paid within 30 days (January 16, 2014) or the lien
amount will revert back to the full amount.

I have been asked to inform you that your request for a reduction or satisfaction of a code enforcement lien will be heard
before the City Council on December 17, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. The hearing will be held at
the City of Cape Canaveral Library, 201 Polk Avenue, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. This is the same location that the Code
Enforcement Board heard your request.
