The following violations need to be addressed. 3. Description of Violation(s) at property: Section 82-221; International Property Maintenance Code Adopted. IPMC Section 304.1, General. The interior of a structure and equipment therein shall be maintained in good repair, structurally sound and in a sanitary condition. Every occupant shall keep that part of the structure, which such occupant occupies or controls, in a clean and sanitary condition. IPMC Section 306.1, Infestation. All structures shall be kept free from insect and rodent infestation. All structures in which insects or rodents are found shall be promptly exterminated by approved processes that will not be injurious to human health. 4. Recommendation(s) to correct the violation(s) described above: • Maintain the interior of the structure in a clean and sanitary condition. Once this is accomplished the exterior odor will be abated. • Maintain the unit free of insect infestation. This may be accomplished by the removal of the trash from the unit and by some form of extermination. Failure to comply within fifteen (15) days from receipt of this Notice shall result in further action, as outlined in the previous page(s) of this Notice of Violation.
