We received your Public Records Request via Certified Mail this morning (please see attached). Our Community &
Economic Development Department will work to fulfill your request in a reasonable and timely manner.
Regarding liens, The City of Cape Canaveral records all liens with Brevard County Clerk of Court; (321)‐637‐5413 or
www.brevardclerk.us. For utility liens, the City of Cocoa Utilities are the Regional Water Provider and also bill sewer,
stormwater and garbage customers for the City of Cape Canaveral; (321) 433‐8400.
Regarding costs, until we’ve located the records in question, we will not be able to provide an estimated cost for this
request. We will be in touch soon.
