Motion to Adopt: Ordinance No. 10 -99, Renaming the Commercial Development Board to the Business and Cultural Development Board AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARDCOUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 22,COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, OF THE CODE OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, BY PROVIDING FOR THE RENAMING OF THE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD TO THE BUSINESS AND CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD, AND INCREASING THE SIZE OF THE BOARD; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Motion to Adopt: Resolution No. 99 -22, Re- appointing two members to the . Planning and Zoning Board A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; RE- APPOINTING REGULAR MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 10. Motion to Adopt: Resolution No. 99 -24, Rules and Procedures of the Business and Cultural Development Board A RESOLUITION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF RULES AND PROCEDURES OF THE CITY'S BUSINESS AND CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. City Manager's Report AUDIENCE TO BE HEARD: Comments will be heard on items that do not appear on the agenda of this meeting. Citizens will limit their comments to five (5) minutes. The City Council will not take any action under the "Audience To Be Heard" section of the agenda. The Council may schedule such items as regular agenda items and act upon them in the future.
