Motion to Approve: Resolution No. 99 -14, Removing a Member of the Commercial Development Board A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; REMOVING A MEMBER OF THE COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 2. Motion to Approve: Resolution No. 99 -15, Adopting a Tentative Proposed Millage Rate A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A TENTATIVE PROPOSED MILLAGE RATE FOR THE LEVY OF AD VALOREM TAXES FOR 1998 ON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Motion to Approve: School Resource Officer Agreement with the City of Cocoa Beach. DISCUSSION: 8. Utility Line Construction, Cost Sharing REPORTS: 9. City Manager's Report AUDIENCE TO BE HEARD: Comments will be heard on items that do not appear on the agenda of this meeting. Citizens will limit their comments to five (5) minutes. The City Council will not take any action under the "Audience To Be Heard" section of the agenda. The Council may schedule such items as regular agenda items and act upon them in the future.
