Hood in the amount of $10,872.02.
4. Motion to Approve: Change Order No. 2, Phase 2, Dial Communication, in the amount of
$40,000.
5. Motion to Approve: Change Order No. 2, Reclaimed Water Project Phase 2, Construction
Administration and Inspection Service by Quentin L. Hampton and
Associates, in the amount of $6,309.
6. Motion to Approve: Addendum IV to the Conceptual Approval Agreement with the Florida

five (5) minutes. The City Council will not take any action under the "Audience To Be Heard" section of the agenda.
The Council may schedule such items as regular agenda items and act upon them in the future.
