The motion carried 5-0. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELATED TO COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING, SETTING FORTH A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT REFERENCED AS CPA 01 -98 AS PROVIDED IN FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 163.3184(15)(c), WHICH SHALL AMEND THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND THE COMPREHENSIVE FUTURE LAND USE MAP BASED ON THE CITY'S APPROVED EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND LEGAL STATUS OF THE PLAN AMENDMENT; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL OF THE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF PRIOR INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The Council may schedule such items as regular agenda items and act upon them in the future.
