THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA AND PHILIP B. WILLIAMS, AS SHERIFF
OF BREVARD COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
6. Motion to Approve: Resolution No. 00 -39 Fire Services Contract
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO AN
ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT FOR FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY
MEDICAL SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA
AND THE CAPE CANAVERAL VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INC.;
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Comments will be heard on items that do hot appear on the agenda of this meeting. Citizens will limit their
comments to five (5) minutes. The City Council will not take any action under the "Audience To Be Heard"
section of the agenda. The Council may schedule such items as regular agenda items and act upon them in the
future.
