A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE CODE
ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAPE
CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, has by Ordinance No. 22 -83 created a Board known as the
Code Enforcement Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council to
appoint members to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Marianne Sheffield is hereby appointed as
a Regular Member of the Code Enforcement Board in the
Business Person designation, with a term to expire on
October 1, 1994.
SECTION 2. Dr. Leon Eldredge is hereby appointed as
the First Alternate Member of the Code Enforcement Board in the
Citizen at Large designation, with a term to expire on
October 1, 1994.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 19th day of November 1991.
