1. Motion to Approve: Ordinance No. 05 -2000, Amending the Definitions of Hotel
and Motel
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING CODE SECTION 110 -1,
DEFINITIONS, BY AMENDING THE DEFINITIONS OF HOTEL AND
MOTEL; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL
OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

and act upon them in the future.
