A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE
MEMBER TO THE BEAUTIFICATION BOARD OF
THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, has by Ordinance No. 11 -68 created a Board known as the
Beautification Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council to
appoint members to said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Robert Murray is hereby appointed as an alter-
nate member of the Beautification Board of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, with a term to expire on November 1, 1992.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 5th
day of March 1991.
