A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO
THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE
CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, has by Ordinance No. 2 -83 (Zoning Code Section 645.13)
provided for the creation of a Board of Adjustment of the City of
Cape Canaveral, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council to reap=
point members to said Board:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida as follows:
SECTION 1. Marilyn Rigerman and Robert Laws are hereby
reappointed as regular members to the Zoning Board of Adjustment
of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida with terms to expire on
October 1, 1992.
SECTION 2. Patrick T. Lee is hereby appointed as a regular
member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida with a term to expire on October 1, 1992.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 18th day of September 1990.
