A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING MEMBERS TO
THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE
CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, has by Ordinance No. 22 -83 created a Board known as the
Code Enforcement Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council to reap-
point members to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Donald D. Arabian is hereby reappointed as a
regular member of the Code Enforcement Board in the Engineer des-
ignation, with a term to expire on October 1, 1992.
SECTION 2. James Okell is hereby reappointed as a regular
member of the Code Enforcement Board in the Realtor designation,
with a term to expire on October 1, 1992.
SECTION 3. Jean Porter - Gabler is hereby reappointed as an
alternate member of the Code Enforcement Board in the Businessman
designation, with a term to expire on October 1, 1992.
SECTION 4. Helen Kirchofer is hereby reappointed as an al-
ternate member of the Code Enforcement Board in the Realtor desig-
nation, with a term to expire on October 1, 1992.
SECTION 5. This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 19th day of September , 1989.
