A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A NEW
SCHEDULE OF RATES FOR SEWER SERVICE
WITH THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, has by Ordinance No. 2 -89 provides for the adjustment of
the Sewer Rates by Resolution, based on the Consumer Price Index;
and
WHEREAS, the Consumer Price Index for the
changed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci

SECTION 1. The Rate Schedule as set out
32 -85 is hereby recinded, and the following
