RESOLUTION NO. 88-38
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REGULAR
MEMBER TO THE BEAUTIFICATION BOARD ;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS , there is established by the general laws of
Florida, a Charter of the City of Cape Canaveral and Ordinance
No . 11-68 of this City , authority for the creation of a City
Beautification Board; and
WHEREAS , there is a vacancy for a member of the Beautif-
ication Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1 . Marlene Woodside is hereby appointed as a
regular member of the Beautification Board of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida for a term to expire on November 1, 1990.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall become effective immediate-
ly upon its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 16th day of August , 1988.
