BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Brevard County, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1. The City' s contract with Marc Schoen as adminis- trator and investment manager of the City employee' s pension plan with PENCOA is hereby terminated. All other agreements with Mr . • Schoen, either written, oral or implied, are hereby terminated. SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
