The City of Cape Canaveral should obtain a Quit Claim Deed from
James F. Cannon, Jr., 8803 North Atlantic Avenue, Cape Canaveral,
Florida for the South 10 feet of his property, the same being the
10 foot wide Easement that was reserved by Harvy S. Jewell and his
Fife. Said reservation is more fully described in Deed Book 403 at
Paige 388. The description to be used is described as follows:
That certain Permanent and Perpetual Easement that Is more
fully described in Deed Book-403 at Page 388 of the Public
Records of Brevard County, Florida.
In addition to this 10.0 feet the City of Cape Canaveral should try
to obtain an additional 15 feet by right of way deed fro' James F.
Cannon. This additional 15 feet is needed to accommodat the existing
unimproved roadway of OAk LANE. This description to be sed is
described as follows: -
�r. The North 15 feet of the South 25 feet of that certain

A Quit Claim Deed would be desirable from Charles F. Gross and his

' that was granted to Robert J. Beecher.and his Wife by`Jewell Proper-
ties, Inc. and recorded in'Official Records Book 364 at Page 312.
The description to be used is described as.follows:
All of that certain Permanent and Perpetual Easement des-
cribed in Official Records Book 36.4 at Page 312 of the
Public Records of Brevard County, Florida, that lies with-
in the limits of that certain parcel of land described in
{ Official Records Book -1588 at Page 620 of the Public Records

A Quit Claim Deed is desirable from Alma M.,Beecher, P.O. Box 122,
v`s Cape Canaveral, Florida, for her interest in the Permanent and
Perpetual Easement granted to her and her husband, Robert J. Beecher
