The meeting was called to order by 1-layor Richard R. Thurm.
The roll was called by the City Clerk. Officinls pre -4ent
were Aiayor Richard R. Thurm; Councilmen Frank Iloog, Leo Nicholas, �
J. Salvaggio and Martin Schrider; City Administrator A.. J. 'Francis;
City Attorney Stanley Wolfman; City Clerk Anita Ostrom and Sgt. at �}
Arms Chief Willard Winnett.
The minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 3, 1968
were read by the Clerk and approved as read.
The Treasury Report for August 1068 was approved as submitted.
Item 1. Ordinance no. 9 -68 - Taxicab regulations (1st reading

T1r. Iloog made a motion to approve first reading of the Ordinance.
t1r. Salvaggio seconded and after some discussion the vote was unanimous,
to approve first.reading.
Alayor T1iurm called a recess at 8:20 P. I. and the meeting
reconvened at,8 :55 P.M. e;
