HomeMy WebLinkAbout01-03-1967 Board of Adjustment MeetingMICROFILM 4.24 -80 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT January 3, 1967 The Meeting of the Board of Adjustment was called to Order by Mayor Thurm at 7:x+5 P.M. The roll was called by the Clerk. Officials present were Mayor Richard Thurm, Councilmen Frank Hoog, Paul Knittel, Vincent Lindemann, G. J. Salvaggio; City Manager, Joseph A. Rickards; City Attorney, T. David Burns; City Clerk, Donna J. Anderson and Sgt. at Arms, Fred Tucker. Item 1. Mariani Request - ;Asphalt Plant Mayor Thurm read the Minutes of the Council Meeting of April 5th tabeling the Item. On a Motion by Mr. Hoog, seconded by Mr. Salvaggio and carried unanimously the Item was removed from table. Mayor Thurm then read the Minutes of the Planning and Zoning. Board of March 30, 1966 recommending the approval of the request and the application for building permit. Mr. Lindemann made a Motion to accept the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board. Mr. Hoog seconded the Motion, After discussion, the Motion carried unanimously. NEW BUSINESS Item 1. Art Gallery Request - Bernstein Mayor Thurm read the Minutes of the Planning and Zoning Board of December 28, 1966 and the request for conditional use. Mr. Hoog made a Motion to approve the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board granting the request. Mr. Lindemann seconded the Motion and after discussion, the zMotion carried unanimously. There being no other business before the Board of Adjust- ment, the Meeting was adjourned on a Motion by Mr. Salvaggio, seconded by Mr. Hoog and carried unanimously at 8:40 P.M. The Council then reconvened for discussion. The Meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M. Approved this the 17th day of January, 1967. ty Clerk' n-yor
