HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 1987-42 MICROFILMED JUNE 89 RESOLUTION NO. 87-42 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF "GIZELLA TOWNHOMES" ; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO CERTIFY THE PLAT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, John Murphy has complied with the platting procedures of the City Ordinances of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1. The Plat for "Gizella Townhomes" , Section 14, Township 24 South, Range 37 East, Lot C-6, Tueton' s Subdivision, is hereby approved. SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said plat. SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
