RESOLUTION NO. 87-8
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT WITH BRILEY,
WILD AND ASSOCIATES REGARDING TRAVEL
REIMBURSEMENTS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute an amendment to the agreement with Briley,
Wild and Associates. A copy of said amendment is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 17th day of February , 1987.

AMENDMENT TO CONTINUING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
This AMENDMENT made this 18th day of March
1987, to that certain continuing engineering services agreement
dated the 16th day of April 1968 , by and between the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, a municipal corporation, and Briley, Wild &
Associates, Inc. , Consulting Engineers and Planners:
It is hereby agreed as follows:
That the continuing engineering services agreement dated
April 16, 1968 is hereby amended to add the following new
sub-paragraph 1(C)4:
4. Travel expenses shall be included in the retainer.
a. Automobile travel expenses shall be in accordance
with Florida Statutes.
b. Other travel and per diem expenses requested by
the City shall be documented as per Florida Statutes
and otherwise documented as to the public purpose.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this
agreement the day and year set out above.
