RESOLUTION NO. 86 -65
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING REGULAR MEMBERS TO
THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF CAPE
CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, has by Ordinance No. 2 -83 (Zoning Code Section 645.13)
provided for the creation of a Board of Adjustment of the City of
Cape Canaveral, Florida; and
WHEREAS, due to the expiration of Board Member's terms, it
is now incumbent upon the City Council to reappoint members to
said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Robert Laws, Marilyn Rigerman and Nelly
Cardinale are hereby reappointed as regular members of the Board
of Adjustement of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, with a
term to expire on October 1, 1988.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
