RESOLUTION NO. 86 -29
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER
TO THE BEAUTIFICATION BOARD; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, has by City Code Chapter 251 created a Board to be known
as the Beautification Board of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, due to the expiration of Board Member's terms, and
vacancies on said Board, it is now incumbent upon the City
Council to appoint an alternate member to said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Betty Hutchinson is hereby appointed as an
alternate member to the Beautification Board for a term to expire
on November 1, 1987
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 15th day of April , 1986.
