RESOLUTION NO. 86 -25
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
THE CHANDLER STREET CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO RECORD THE
AMENDED ASSESSMENT ROLL; AUTHORIZING THE CITY
TREASURER TO MAKE AMENDMENTS TO THE
ASSESSMENT ROLL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the assessment for the Chandler Street Construction
Project was figured at $63.84 per front foot: and
f oot;
WHEREAS, the actual cost of the project was $42.80 per front
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, that:
SECTION 1. The Assessment Roll adopted on Resolution No.
85 -32 on August 6, 1985 is hereby amended to reflect a change in
the assessment. The new figure for front foot assessment shall
be $42.80. The amended Assessment Roll is attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
the amended Assessment Roll with the Brevard County Clerk of the
Circuit Court.
SECTION 3. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized to amend
the Assessment Roll to reflect the new amounts.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
