HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 1984-21)VICRQFILVED 4-15 -85 RESOLUTION NO. 84 -21 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND DEPUTY CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUIT -CLAIM DEED TO CAMPIONE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR THE PROPERTY NOW KNOWN AS SEASHELL LANE; RESERVING INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENTS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the surveys of Harbor Heights area reflect that Seashell Lane was built 56.8 feet too far west, and WHEREAS, Campione Construction Company, Inc. should be the apparent owners of that property, and WHEREAS, to insure ingress and egress to potentially land - locked lots, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1. The Mayor and Deputy City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a quit - claim deed to Campione Construction Company, Inc. conveying whatever interest the City may have in that property, to be more particularly described, now known as Seashell Lane. SECTION 2. The City shall reserve a twenty -four (24) foot wide ingress and egress easement and a utility easement along the eastern boundary. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
