HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 1983-91&IICROFl"'F D 4.15 85 RESOLUTION NO. 83 -91 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A FIRST ALTERNATE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has by Ordinance No. 2 -83 City Zoning Code Section 645.13, provided for the creation of a Board of Adjustment of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida; and WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon Council to appoint a first alternate to said Board of Adjustment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1. Jo S. Barr is hereby appointed as an alternate member to the Board of Adjustment of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida with a term to expire on October 1, 1985. SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
