A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE RECREATION
BOARD; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, has by Ordinance No. 64 -24, as amended, created a
Board known as the Recreation Board of the City; and
WHEREAS, due to the expiration of Board Member's terms,
it is now incumbent upon the City Council to appoint members to
said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida as follows:
SECTION 1. Sandy Butler and Nate Jones are hereby
appointed to the Recreation Board of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, for terms to expire on October 1, 1985.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 20th day of September , 1983.
