A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REGULAR MEMBER
TO THE LIBRARY BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAPE
CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida has by City Code Chapter 253 created a board to be known
as the Library Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council to
appoint a regular member to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Charles Kratzenberg is hereby appointed as a
regular member to the Library Board of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida for a term to expire on July 1, 1988.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 21st day of June 1983.
