RESOLUTION NO. 85 -72
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE DATE FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE VACATION OF A TWELVE
FOOT ALLEYWAY BETWEEN HARRISON AND TYLER
AVENUES, BLOCK 40, AVON -BY- THE -SEA WITHIN
THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA; AUTHORIZ-
ING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SUCH PUBLIC
HEARING; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida has adopted
the Mapped Streets Act, and
WHEREAS, such Act requires the Council to hold a Public
Hearing and advertise such hearing two weeks prior to the
date of the Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council meeting of February 4, 1986
is hereby established as the Public Hearing date for the vacation
of a twelve (12) foot Alleyway between Harrison and Tyler Avenues,
Block 40, Avon -By- The -Sea.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to advertise
said Public Hearing.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 7th day of January 1986.
