BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows : SECTION 1 . The City Council accepts the certification of the election returns as submitted by the Brevard County Supervisor of Elections for the General Election of November - 5, 1985 . The City Council certifies as proper the election returns, with a total vote as follows: , TOTAL VOTES Patrict T. At that time it was the opinion of the Supervisor of Elections that one of the header (divider) cards was counted as a ballot. However, when they were recounted yesterday it was discovered that one of the ballots was counted twice.
