WHEREAS, Article VII, Section 1 , of the City Charter of the City of Cape- Canaveral, Florida provides for the appointment of a Deputy City Attorney; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape. Canaveral , Florida, as follows: SECTION 1 . Sheldon Stevens is hereby appointed as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, *replacing J. Daniel Ennis. SECTION 2. The Deputy City Attorney shall be compensated at the rate of *$75 . 00 per hour for legal services rendered in conducting the City' s official business as may be required and requested by the City Council. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
