Any member of the public may add ss any items that do not appear on the agenda and
any agenda item that is listed on t e agenda for final official action by the Planning &
Zoning Board excluding public heari g items which are heard at the public hearing portion
of the meeting, ministerial items (e. . approval of agenda, minutes, informational items),
and quasi-judicial or emergency it ms. Citizens will limit their comments to three (3)
minutes. The Planning & Zoning Board will not take any action under the "Reports and
Open Discussion" section of the agenda. The Planning & Zoning Board may schedule
items not on the agenda as regular items and act upon them in the future.

1. Motion Re: Approval of Meeti ig Minutes for September 11, 2013.
2. Motion Re: Approval of Meeti ig Minutes for October 9, 2013.
3. Quasi-Judicial and/or Public Hearing: Consideration and Recommendation to
City Council Re: Request to Amend the Code of Ordinances to Allow for the List
of Possible Variances to be Expanded to Include "Location of Accessory
Structure"; to Revise the Definitions of Landscape, Accessory Structure,
Accessory Use, and Side Yard; and Revise Section 110-468, Accessory
Structures - Kim Rezanka, Aulthorized Agent for Craig Donceel, Property Owner.
(Continued from September 1 h, 2013 meeting).
4. Quasi-Judicial and/or Public ;Hearing: Consideration and Recommendation to
City Council Re: Ordinance to Allow the City Manager to Grant Extensions for
Special Exceptions and Variances, rather than the Board of Adjustment.
