Olga Tobin, Lots 1 & 2, Block 9, Avon by the Sea (303 Adams Avenue) - Violation of Section 652.15,Criteria for Building_ Appearance and Maintenance: Commercial. Industrial and Residential Paragraph D of the Cape Canaveral Code of Ordinances. Mr. Kleving testified that this case was in compliance 2. Case No. 94-32. Abulghasem and Ahmad Nasajpour, Parcel 760 (200 Central Boulevard) - Violation of Section 94-31, Permits Required and 94-61(C) Restrictions of Placement. and Section 94-64(F) Criteria and Standards for Measurement and Placement of the Sign Code of the Cit of f Cape Canaveral Mr. Kleving testified that this case was in compliance. PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Case No. 95-17, John D. Stilley. Parcel 784 (310 Central Boulevard) - Violation of Section 110-353. Accessory Uses & Structures and Section 82-371, Posting & Specifications of Numbers of the Cape Canaveral Code of Ordinances Mr. Kleving testified that City Cab Company was performing automotive repairs on taxi cabs, goods were being displayed for sale outside of units during weekends, bicycles were being stored outside, several T.V. antennas were fastened to the building indicating people were living on site. He further testified that Mr. Stilley was in compliance of Section 82-37 in that the address numbers had been placed on the exterior of the building. Mr. Kleving entered the following exhibits: photographs taken on March 22, 1995 of the property (marked exhibits A-E); Mr. Stilley's Occupational License (marked exhibit F); and Mr. Stilley's Occupational License Application (marked exhibit G). Mr. Stilley gave testimony regarding his tenants actions. He noted that his tenants were on a month to month lease agreement. Discussion followed. The Board concluded that the placement of T.V. antennas did not provide evidence that people were living in the units. It was suggested that Mr. Stilley give his tenants a copy of his operating procedures. Attorney Goldman advised that the property landlord was responsible for his tenants actions. Discussion followed.
