NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, as follows: SECTION 1. SECTION_ 3. The above schedule of fees is subject to revision from time to time as may be necessary, and all revisions may be by Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
