ORDINANCE NO. 7-73
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 18 -63 BY DELETING
THEREFROM THE REQUIREMENT THAT MEMBERSHIP OF
THE ZONING AND PLANNING BOARD BE OWNERS OF REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL,
FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI TY OF
CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 18 -63 is hereby
amended by deleting the following clause pertaining to the requirements for
membership in the Zoning and Planning Board of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida:
"and shall be an owner of real property loca., ed in
the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida."
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption by theCity Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida.
