AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN UPDATED ZONING
MAP; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 81 -64 provides that the City
shall maintain an Official Zoning Map, and
WHEREAS, there have been changes and revisions of the
Official Zoning Map, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt an
updated Official Zoning Map, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
NOW THEREFORE, be it enacted by the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the zoning map attached hereto be
designated as the Official Zoning Map of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, in accordance with Ordinance No. 81 -64.
SECTION 2. That the updated Official Zoning Map attached
hereto shall replace all former Official Zoning Maps of the City of
Cape Canaveral, Florida, upon signature by the Mayor, attested to
by the City Clerk thereon.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, this 2nd day of Februaryl971.
