RESOLUTION NO. 97-13
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REGULAR MEMBER TO THE CODE
ENFORCEMENT BOARD OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING FOR AN Et'FECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, has by Ordinance No.
22 -83 created a Board known as the Code Enforcement Board of the city of Cape Canaveral, Florida; and
WHEREAS, it is now incumbent upon the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral to
appoint a regular member to said Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape
Canaveral, Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. Charles Biederman is hereby appointed as a regular member of the
Code Enforcement Board of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, in the C i t i z en —At—Large
designation, with a term to expire on October 1. 1999 .
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
ADOPTED BY the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral, Florida, this 20th day of
May , 1997.
