RESOLUTION NO. 96-23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, BREVARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA; ESTABLISHING A REVISED SCHEDULE OF NEW CONSTRUCTION
IMPACT ASSESSMENT FEES, WITHIN THE CITY OF CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA,
SERVICE AREA; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 2 -233 of the City's Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Canaveral provides for
the revision of New Construction Impact Assessment Fees by Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Consumer Price Index for the previous year has changed and increased by 2.8% and the
Council has determined that certain fees shall be increased by the CPI increase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cape Canaveral,
Florida, as follows:
SECTION 1. The Schedule of Fees contained in Appendix B, Chapter 2, Administration, Article 5,
Finance, of the Code of the City of Cape Canaveral is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. Savings Clause. If any provision, paragraph, word, section or article of
this Resolution is invalidated by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions,
paragraphs, words, sections and articles shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and
effect.
SECTION 3. Effective Date. This Resolution shall take effect on July 1, 1996.
